As sub issues are solved since april 2023 is there a chance that this issue will be fixed?
As indicated in my comment, it's not so much about waiting for XWIKI-20870 to be fixed (it was fixed pretty much right away), but about increasing the minimum supported XWiki version of URL Normalizer.
