The database queries for the unsafe variant of the tag cloud have been removed. This doesn't improve anything for the tag cloud in the exhaustive right check variant which is consistent with what I had in mind when I created this issue. Exhaustive right checks are slow, we might be able to improve this but it's for another issue (and the work might span more than just the tag cloud).
