Currently it seems that reply comments don't trigger notifications, which causes users to miss disussions. It would be really useful if users received notifications when a new comment is added to a CR or when someone replies directly to their comment. Rn, notifications are triggerd by this events: [https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Application%20Change%20Request%20-%20UI/#HEvent
