Description:	It is no longer possible to create a page directly at the root level in Cristal. When creating a new page and selecting Root as the page location, Cristal returns an error `You do not have the right to create a page in .` and the page is not created. This worked as expected in an earlier version 1.4.0.

Environment:	Nextcloud Hub 26 Spring (34.0.0) / AIO v13.2.1, Cristal app 1.6.1
Description:	It is no longer possible to create a page directly at the root level in Cristal. When creating a new page and selecting Root as the page location, Cristal returns an error {{You do not have the right to create a page in .}} and the page is not created. This worked as expected in an earlier version 1.4.0. For now, I can only create the nested page with parent of old Cristal page as parent.
