Arrow keys change the event date while editing the time

When editing an event's start time, the date picker captures the arrow keys and changes the event date instead of letting the user move the cursor within the input.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a calendar in Monthly view and click a day to create an event.
2. Clear All day so the start date includes 00:00.
3. Click at the end of the start date input.
4. Press Left to move the cursor into the hour value so you can change 00:00 to 09:00.

Actual result: Each Left key press moves the event date one day earlier.

Expected result: Arrow keys move the cursor while editing the input. After interacting with the date picker, arrow keys navigate its calendar.
