Problem The entity name validation page returns isOriginalValid and useValidation alongside the transformed name, and the image style administration ignores both. As a result, when the entered identifier does not follow the naming conventions, the rewritten identifier is presented as if nothing had been wrong with what the user typed. Steps to reproduce
- Enable an entity name validation strategy
- Go to Administration / Content / Image Styles
- Type an identifier that the strategy rewrites
Actual result The administration reports the resulting identifier without ever saying that the entered one was invalid and is being rewritten. Expected result The administration reports that the identifier does not follow the naming conventions and is being rewritten. |
