Description:

In the "Proposed changes" tab, comments added by approvers are visible directly on the modified content. However, in some Change Requests, these comments are not shown in the "Description" tab. Although the "Description" tab displays several events (such as CR creation or status updates), it seems that it is not updated with the latest activity.

Summary: Comments Latest events are not displayed in the "Description" tab
Description: In the "Proposed changes" tab, comments added by approvers are visible directly on the modified content. However, in some Change Requests, these comments are not shown in the "Description" tab doesn't reflect recent activity- not only comments, but also other events such as adding new changes or updating the CR status . Although the "Description" tab displays several some past events (such as CR creation or status updates) , it seems that it is not updated with the latest activity.
