Inconsistency in capitalization on AppWithinMinutes creation wizard

Steps to reproduce

1. Click 'More Applications' > 'Create your own!' > 'Create Application'
2. Fill in an application name
3. Click 'Next Step'
4. Click 'Next Step' again to advance to Step 3
5. Observe the capitalization of the words in Bold

Expected results

All words in Bold start with a capital letter.

Actual results

Some words like: icon, description and terminal start with small letters, thus not being consistent with the rest.

The issue doesn't reproduce on XWiki 16.10.8 (was most likely introduced by XWIKI-23127).
