Attachments are not refreshed after a file upload

Likely related to CRISTAL-357.

Reproduction steps

1. connect with any backend to a page with edit rights
2. in the attachments tap, select an attachment and press upload
3. wait for the list of attachments to refresh

Expected

The list of attachments includes the newly uploaded attachment.

Actual

The list of attachments is never refreshed (but the the attachment is persisted and available after a manual refresh)
