B A . 1 2 . -> We want to reduce the space between the login and register items in the list when there's both.
The solution I picked is to reduce the padddings to 8px instead of the base 16px. I think this is the best solution since the effective area is maximal.
However when hovering those items, like any other navbar item, they get highlighted in a darker blue. This highlighting puts the spotlight on the fact that the text is not centered in the box. IMO it's okay but it's a choice I made to leave it in and it might be discussed on further on.
