Summary: Support DELETE operation with skipping the RecycleBin
Issue Type: cid:jira-generated-image-avatar-4651d43c-20b5-4ab9-9b99-1c4e0f00d7d2 Improvement
Assignee: Unassigned
Components: REST
Created: 12/Aug/25 13:07
Priority: cid:jira-generated-image-static-major-8930118b-d009-4a59-ad3f-f9a3fb186a9c Major
Reporter: Lucian Chevereseanu
Description:

Currently, there does not seem to be any option to skip the recycle bin in the REST DELETE API.

In a scenario where pages are being created and deleted via the REST API, the deleted pages end up in the RecycleBin, and would need to be manually removed to not take up storage.

Having the option to delete them directly using the REST API would help, and would remove the necessity of having to create a scheduler job to clear the Deleted Pages section.
