Add a "title" naming strategy for row creation in livedata

Pierre Jeanjean Was this proposed on the forum? I'd like to make sure that it makes sense when creating normal pages and the description is really too vague (idea: use CC when creating jira, it'll include more details ). The title of the issue looks weird to me since a page naming strategy is not for LD, it's for any page and can set in the admin ui for any page. Unless I'm missing something. Thx
