On a sub-wiki, we cannot use choosing a Skin from another doesn't suggest main wiki or from filesystem anymore skins

Decreasing the priority: the suggester currently allows free text. Meaning that even if the UI won't provide suggestion for main wiki skin, it's still possible to indicate the full reference of the main wiki skin and it will be accepted. This is also true for filesystem skin: you can just type "flamingo" and select this and it works.

This is also true for filesystem skin: you can just type "flamingo" and select this and it works. IMO proper fix for this is to improve the page picker to provide suggestion from main wiki too.
