Closing as the test no longer flickers (data from Develocity, CI builds only):
The TimeoutException at EnforceRequiredRightsIT.testWithXClassWithCustomDisplay:396 was last seen on 2026-08-01. Most occurrences were a burst on every branch at the same time between 2026-07-15 and 2026-07-17, then the failure rate dropped from 5.9% to 0.1%.
Since 2026-08-02 the test ran 2586 times (both parameterized variants, all branches). Its only 2 failures were an UnreachableBrowserException while setting up the test environment on 2026-09-09 (collateral, not this flicker).
Feel free to reopen if it happens again.
