FTR I've tested XWiki on docker with Tomcat and postgreSQL and it worked fine. Note that we don't have a Jetty docker distribution. I'll now try with the docker instructions from https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/AdminGuide/Installation/InstallationWAR/InstallationJetty/
