The test added in https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/pull/7139 runs the WCAG validation on the print preview generated by paged.js, using the PDFExportIT.Parent and Child pages: headings, a table of contents, header and footer, a link between the pages and images with alternative text, close to the content of XWIKI-19560 and XWIKI-19144.
The validation found no violation on the paged.js output. The only remaining item is an incomplete color-contrast check on 4 elements (two table of contents links, a heading and a text block), for which axe could not determine the background color. Incomplete checks do not fail the build.
So there is nothing to fix on the HTML we hand over to the browser exporters. The remaining problems listed in XWIKI-19560 (PDF language, title, bookmarks, alternative text on links) come from the PDF generation itself, which this issue considers out of our responsibility.
