It doesn't feel like a duplicate of XWIKI-13793 to me since the desc says:
The full screen mode right now is for a specific text area (e.g. the page content text area, or the blog post content text area). You're not editing the (entire) page in full screen mode. You're editing a specific text area in full screen mode.
So this is not about the full screen option of the editors.
Now I have no idea what the reporter means by "design a full screen mode that accommodates all edit modes (Wiki, WYSIWYG, Inline Form) and implement it.".
Thus I'll close this issue as won't fix for now, especially since we now have in-place editing as the default.
Please reopen if I've missed something or if we get more information on what the reporter meant and if it's still useful.
