How to reproduce:

• create an AppWithinMinutes called AppA
• add some fields
• finish the wizard without making any changes to defaults
• click rename / move for the homepage of the application
• the AWM rename dialog kicks in and asks for the new app name
• fill in AppB
• rename
• wait for rename to finish successfully

Expected result:

• all occurences of AppA have now become AppB

Actual result:

• although the references are correctly renamed to AppB, there are still a couple of places where the AppA text remains displayed, including:
  • title of the AWM homepage
  • title of the application class & template provider pages in the code space
  • name of the template of the application page in the create screen
