I think I can share my inputs here by contributing to XWiki.org documentation, example HTML export page by creating troubleshooting heading

I created a troubleshooting section for HTML export, furthermore I updated information about longpath name for Windows OS users. Worth to mention I still encounter issues when opening an exported XWiki page in a web browser, even after applying the registry and policy changes — this is a Windows behavior and a known OS limitation. Anyone interested can review related forum discussions on the Microsoft portal. If you find better explanation (I couldn't), I'd appreciate if you update the documentation then.

"From my point of view, this request can be closed, since it is not a product issue. It can instead be referenced as a known OS limitation on x.org page.
