Reproduction steps

1. Create a library, with one version at least
2. Create a book, with one version
3. Edit the book version
4. Add the library from step 1 in the library reference configuration
5. Edit the library version reference field

Result

The library version reference field suggests all the libraries versions of the wiki, not only the ones from the previously configured library.

Expectations

Only suggest versions of the previously selected library.

Workaround

Typing the name of the library in the field can help reduce the suggestions to more relevant ones.

Notes

It was only partially tackled by BVERSION-38.

It could be done after the improvements of BVERSION-89, to disable the library version reference field until a library reference is selected.
