Reopening: with the previous fix, HomepageTourIT still failed on master in Environment Tests run 1401, on the 2 Chrome environments (the Firefox ones and all the 18.4.x/17.10.x runs passed):
PostgreSQL: timeout in PageWithTour.previousStep() on the "Header" step.
MySQL: timeout in PageWithTour.nextStep() on the "Header" step.
The CI videos show that the "Header" step popover becomes visible while the page is still scrolling and keeps moving for a moment. The test clicks "Prev"/"Next" right after reading the step title, so the click can land on the tour backdrop instead of the button and the tour stays on the same step.
Fix: the PageWithTour page object now waits for the step popover to be fully shown and to stop moving before clicking its buttons.
