Please clarify the issue only reproduces with the standalone WYSIWYG editor or also with the in-place WYSIWYG editor. Right now you if I correct what you wrote, you seem to say that it only happens with the in-place WYSIWYG editor
To reproduce you have to select WYSIWYG editor from Editing menu as advanced user, and switch then to source code and paste mentioned code. I don't have issue with unexpected HTML code if I start editing with Realtime editor (clicking on Edit button) or default editor from shortcut command (e).
if it's important to use such weird and not common code (which make the issue really less urgent)
Yes, you have to use this code in order to reproduce issue - end with HTML code. I don't have other proper example for this case.
