Description: Most probably introduced in 17 h3 . 3.0-RC version. Steps to reproduce:

Steps are simply, having executed # Being as XWiki try Admin
# Navigate
to XWiki Administration → Panels
# Try to
interact with elements of left column or right column or left panels items

You will be able to drag them and remove completely out of panels border.

Note, this can be achieved h3. Expected result

You cannot interact with the panel elements
on lower version of XWiki than 17 this page . 3.0-RC.

On this tab you can see the list of available panels. You just have to drag & drop them to the panel column of your choice. And if you want to remove one of the panels, just drag & drop it from the panel column to the middle section. Again, you need to click the Save button at the end if you want to keep your changes.
