Reopening: since the upgrade to Maven Resolver 2, RuntimeAetherDefaultRepositoryManagerTest#downloadWebjarDependency fails on every xwiki-platform master build (expected: <webjar> but was: <jar>). The Plexus container also exposes the webjar artifact handler under the default hint, and the per-session MavenArtifactHandlers copy can let that alias win for the webjar packaging, so webjar dependencies get resolved with the jar type. Fix proposed in https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-commons/pull/2048.
