'Is enabled' filter doesn't keep it's value after page refresh and does not display back all entries after clearing it

Note that an easy workaround is to display the filters using the menu and remove the filter on that column. The issue here is that clearing the filter on step 8 doesn't actually remove it: I believe it's a bug in live data itself, it's probably just the first time we use it in XS.
