Change request references are not properly renamed in subwiki

Reproduction steps:

• Install change request in a subwiki
• Create a page in the subwiki
• Create a change request with an edition to that page
• Rename the page

Expected result:

• The page reference in the created CR is renamed too

Obtained result:

• The page reference is not updated

Note that the same steps in the main wiki are working properly
