The issue is probably related to a wrong usage of global scope in XWiki.PinnedChildPagesUIX, Ilie Andriuta confirmed that he reproduces on a farm with a subwiki. Now I'm not sure why {{$services.uix.getExtensions('org.xwiki.platform.template.childrenViewer',
{'sortByParameter':'order'}
)}} doesn't filter out two UIX with same name, sounds like a bug to me.
