Location of page should be transformed following name strategy in rename UI

So after a quick call with Thiago Krieck we agreed that the location picker should be properly validated even for advanced users when the validation transformation is enabled, but the advanced location field shouldn't be automatically transformed: instead the error message when it's not valid should point to the transformed location. Ideally there should be a button to apply the suggestion, but as a first solution we could have the new reference directly put in the error message so that the user could copy/paste it.
Also we'd need to be careful as it's possible for a user to actually pick in the hierarchy a reference that is not compliant with the strategy: in such case the transformation shouldn't be blocked, so we need to make a distinction when a user manually edited the fields or not.
