Description:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click on Notifications bell button
  2. Mouse hover over "RSS Feed" link
  3. Observe the underline of the link

Expected results

Only the "RSS Feed" words are underlined, the underline stops at the last letter "d" (including it).

Actual results

The white space after the "Feed" word is underlined as well (see screenshot).
