From a functionality perspective, this duplicates the existing XWIKI-19215. However, if we consider the target audience, the original feature is meant for administrators, whereas this one appears to be visible to all users (including standard users).
But if a regular user sees detailed information, they may not know how to act on it. Therefore, in my opinion, this information should only be displayed to administrators, who can then take the appropriate recovery actions.
For this reason, I believe the request can be closed as a duplication.

Alternative at least, the text can be improved instead of current one it has to be This job is stuck, please reach your XWiki administrator to unstuck it. (or better version)
