I don't reproduce with the realtime WYSIWYG editor developed in XWiki platform:

• I edited with first user, made some changes
• I edited with the second user before the first user's changes were saved, and the first thing I did after the WYSIWYG editor was loaded was to focus the editor and type Ctrl+Z (Undo). Nothing happened.
