Reproduction steps to identify, I noticed this behaviour when adding a comment in the diff of the modified document in https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/ChangeRequest/Data/Creating-a-subpage-for-a-Ho-53dddd78-1939-4c9e-9d2c-369544868de3/.
