On smaller or half-screen browser windows, annotation boxes overflow beyond the right edge of the page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access any page with some text
2. Make the browser page half screen
3. Select the last word of any row to add an annotation
4. Press "CTRL + M" on your keyboard to add an annotation

Expected results: The annotation box is centered on the page and fully visible to the user.

Actual result: A horizontal scrollbar appears at the bottom of the page, and the annotation box overflows beyond the right edge, creating unnecessary white space.
