On file system, the page title is not displayed if undefined

Reproduction steps

1. create a page with no title
2. observe the title

   Expected

   The name of the page is used

   Actual

   The title is not visible

Also, when emptying a page title in edit mode, the name is used as placeholder instead
of using the name of the page
