Reopening: since the this upgrade to Maven Resolver 2 , {{RuntimeAetherDefaultRepositoryManagerTest#downloadWebjarDependency}} fails on every xwiki-platform master build ({{expected: <webjar> but was: <jar>}}). The Plexus container also exposes cause is the webjar embedded Maven move from 3.9.16 to 3.10.0: in 3.10.0 {{org.apache.maven. artifact . handler .DefaultArtifactHandler}} is in {{maven-core}} and annotated {{@Named @Singleton}}, so Sisu also exposes it under the {{default}} hint, and with the {{webjar}} packaging. The per-session {{MavenArtifactHandlers}} copy can let that alias win for the {{webjar}} packaging, so webjar dependencies get resolved with the {{jar}} type. Fix proposed in https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-commons/pull/2048.
