Description:

MCP is introducing Skills through mcp.

xWiki MCP should allow to expose skills ( ex. how to write xWiki Markdown, plugins, ... ). 

In this way we can give detailed instructions to the consuming agents on how to work with the xWiki mcp. Per knowledge set we could include dedicated skills how to analyse or interpret the content of a set.

Ideally the skills are just hosted as plain xwiki pages which offers history, lifecycle management, ...
