Improve the error message displayed when attaching a file with an allowed Mimetype extension but its content doesn't match the allowed Mimetype

	Sounds like duplication [XWIKI-22158\|https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-22158] , you can have this warning not only on attempt uploading wrong type of file.
