Thanks for your report. Made some of the suggestions part of version v1.6.5
Take some time to work on this, because it was hard to validate other deployment scenarios that we have that are not using official public images. But now I think we have a version that works for old versions, new versions, and some other custom images.
The suggestion to add value to customize file deletion is good, because I can use this to completely disable these “outlines” in case of conflict with some version.
