Simon Urli, thank you for pushing the issue forward. And I have even received an e-mail notification from Jira this time, so things seem to be moving in a good way.
Regarding the priority, I believe setting "Prevent unregistered users from viewing pages, regardless of the page rights" is quite common for companies' internal wikis, so it still affects many. Unless there is some other recommended setup by which we can achieve the same results?
Anyway, when we/developers compare the code which produces links in the TOC vs. in the rest of the e-mail, finding the culprit of the issue could be relatively easy now?
