Cannot Reply to Annotations from the Annotation tab

I think this is expected result and I don't see it's a bug of the product. Nowadays XWiki threats annotations as comment moreover by default you don't have annotation tab on wiki page, as documentation provides here. There could be other related recent discussion and changes that explains. Could be worth to deprecated "Show page annotations " as part of configuration for page tabs.
