Links are not normalized at all

Hi!

Just installed the extension in our test environment (XWiki 16.10.5) and tried following page code:

[[Link 1>>https://xwikidev/xwiki/bin/view/Main/]]

Lorem ipsum

[[Link 2>>https://xwikidev/xwiki/bin/view/Personalabteilung/Austausch%20Teamleitungen%20PA/]]

Unfortunately, nothing happens when I save the page.

Here are our settings:

Tried the custom filters as mentioned in the docs, but also no luck.
No logs appear when saving the page.

What am I doing wrong?!
