This is related to the DOMSerializer of HtmlCleaner: right now HtmlCleaner only allow to specify the type of tags that needs CDATA, and doesn't allow to ignore script with type application/json. I opened a ticket on HtmlCleaner side for fixing this: https://sourceforge.net/p/htmlcleaner/bugs/239/
