I also reproduced the issue on XWiki 17.10.0:

02-Dec-2025 12:29:44.394 WARNING [main] org.apache.catalina.webresources.Cache.getResource Unable to add the resource at [/WEB-INF/lib/xwiki-platform-livedata-api-17.10.0.xed] to the cache for web application [/xwiki] because there was insufficient free space available after evicting expired cache entries - consider increasing the maximum size of the cache

which I didn't reproduce anymore after increasing the cacheMaxSize to 100176 on webapps/xwiki/META-INF/context.xml.
