The plain-text versions of the mail (all languages) were HTML-escaping the page title and the personal message, so e.g. an apostrophe in the message was received as {{'}} and the title could appear with HTML entities. They now use {{$doc.plainTitle}} and the raw message; the HTML versions use the escaped plain title for the link text.
Added {{SharePagePageTest}} (in {{xwiki-platform-sharepage-ui}}), which renders the subject, text and HTML of each language, and checks that all languages share the same Velocity directives and references, so that a fix made to one language can't be forgotten in the others.
The HTML entities displayed in the page title and the message of the mail (all languages, not a language inconsistency) are handled separately in XWIKI-25054.
