| After you create a new book, it's default Status is "—" which makes the Status for the book, as well as each Page of the book be displayed as empty / blank. If you change the Status of the Book to "Draft" / "Review" / "Complete", this change in Status will be displayed for the Book, but not for the individual Pages. These will still have the same empty / blank Status displayed. I've tried downgrading BV to previous versions, and I encountered the same behavior.
