Description:

At the moment, through the warning implemented by XWIKI-15198, the users are informed that the skin logo is usually overridden by the one defined in the color theme and in order to change the wiki logo they should go to Administration to edit the Color Theme instead.

In my opinion, the UX would be improved if a link to the Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize (edit mode for the current theme) > Logos tab should be added here, for example on "editing the current color theme" part (please also see the screenshot).
