Description:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a Narrator app (I used NVDA)
  2. Mouse hover the user profile button near the Drawer
  3. Observe the narration

Expected results

The profile name is narrated only once.

Actual results

The profile name is narrated twice (see also screenshot).
