Closing as the test no longer flickers on the maintained branches (data from Develocity, CI builds only):

  • Over the last 120 days, all the real failures of this test (td[data-title='Formats'] .view not found, and the notification count timeout at NotificationsEmailsIT.notificationsEmails:146) happened on stable-16.10.x only, last on 2026-07-24. That branch is no longer maintained.
  • Since 2026-07-25 the test ran 1467 times on the maintained branches. Its only 5 failures were collateral: a NoSuchMethodError in builds broken for all tests on 2026-09-11, and an environment setup failure on 2026-09-27 that failed 11 other tests too.

Feel free to reopen if it happens again on a maintained branch.
