That's because it's not needed if your http proxy is properly configured (in this case, letting know to the proxied server what is the soure protocol).

	Thomas Mortagne, AFAIK, we've got the Apache proxy configured correctly according to https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/AdminGuide/Installation/ApacheHTTPD/. It is the RequestHeader set Forwarded "proto=https" line which needs to be present, right? Yet, for some reason it doesn't work for us.
