Follow-up commit 1ffe7d38a7b (PR 6770): updated WikiEditIT#editTitle768Characters, which failed on every run on master after the initial fix. The title input now has a maxlength, so a title longer than 768 characters gets truncated while typing and the page saves fine, whereas the test still expected the store error.
Verified locally on HSQLDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB and Oracle (all map XWD_TITLE to 768 characters).
